I am in lotsa pain. I'm also exhausted. I think Abe is upstairs and missed the bus. I'm not sure, though. I am driving Willem to Ottawa today. Perhaps I can go hang out at Ben's. I am in too much pain to do much else, I think.

I got up cos I was in lots of pain, but now I need to go back to bed.
